- Self-exclusion and limits: You may set deposit, loss, and session limits or apply for self-exclusion through the tools available on the Site, in accordance with provincial responsible gambling frameworks, including those overseen by iGO and KGC.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Betting Rules
- Offer and acceptance: All odds, lines, and game offerings on the Site are invitations to you to place a Bet. A Bet is deemed accepted only once it is registered in the Operator's systems and appears in your betting history.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market or game may have minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the relevant interface or may be set on an Account basis. The Operator may decline Bets that do not comply with these limits.
- Time of placement: Bets must be placed before the official start time of the event or game round, unless otherwise indicated (e.g., in-play/live betting). Bets placed or attempted after the relevant cut-off may be voided.
- Random number generators (RNG): Outcomes for virtual and non-live casino games are determined by certified RNGs, which are designed to produce fair and random results in line with regulatory standards.
Bet Placement, Modification, and Cancellation
- Finality of Bets: Once a Bet has been confirmed and appears in your Account history, it cannot be cancelled or modified by you. You are responsible for checking that your Bet details are correct before confirmation.
- Operator correction: The Operator may, in its sole discretion, void or correct Bets in cases of:
- obvious or palpable errors in odds, markets, or event information;
- technical malfunctions affecting the display or settlement of Bets; or
- events being postponed, cancelled, or materially altered, in accordance with the relevant house rules.
- Settlement rules: Bets are settled based on official results declared by the relevant governing body or game provider and in line with sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Site.
Live Casino, Live Betting, and Chat Conduct
- Etiquette and behaviour: You must behave respectfully in all live casino environments and chat functions. In particular, you must not:
- use abusive, racist, sexist, hateful, or threatening language;
- harass or insult other players, dealers, or staff;
- promote illegal activity or other gambling sites; or
- share personal or confidential information about yourself or others.
- Prohibition of fraud and collusion: Any attempt at cheating, collusion, use of bots or automated tools, match-fixing, or exploitation of software errors is strictly prohibited. The Operator may void affected Bets, seize winnings, and close Accounts if fraudulent behaviour is suspected or confirmed.
- Monitoring and recording: Live games and chat sessions may be monitored and recorded for security, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution purposes.
Responsible Gambling and Risk
- Risk of loss: Gambling involves financial risk and may lead to loss of money. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose. The Operator does not provide financial or investment advice.
- Player protection tools: The Site provides tools such as limits and self-exclusion. For Ontario players, these work in coordination with iGO-approved responsible gambling programs; for other Canadian players, similar protections are provided consistent with KGC requirements and provincial best practices.
- Problem gambling support: If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you should stop playing and seek help from accredited support services in your province or territory.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Eligibility and Activation
- Promotional offers: From time to time, the Operator may offer Bonuses (including welcome offers, free bets, free spins, or loyalty rewards) to eligible Players on the Site.
- Eligibility criteria: Eligibility may depend on factors such as your province of residence, age, prior bonus use, and compliance with regulatory rules (including those of AGCO/iGO and KGC). The Operator may restrict, withhold, or withdraw Bonuses where required by law or regulator guidance.
- Activation requirements: Bonuses may require:
- an opt-in action (such as clicking "claim");
- entry of a bonus code; and/or
- a qualifying deposit or Bet of a specified minimum amount.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Wagering obligations: Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount and/or deposit amount before you can withdraw associated winnings.
- Contribution of games: Different games may contribute differently to wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, table games a lower percentage, some games 0%). The applicable contribution chart will be provided with each promotion.
- Time limits: Bonuses must usually be wagered within a defined period (for example, 7 - 30 days) from activation. Any remaining Bonus or associated winnings may be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe.
- Priority of funds: The Site may use a defined order for staking (e.g., real-money funds first, then Bonus funds). This order will be set out in the promotional or general bonus rules.
Prohibited Games, Practices, and Bonus Abuse
- Restricted games or bets: Certain games, bet types, or strategies may be excluded from contributing to wagering requirements. This may include low-risk betting patterns (such as betting on both outcomes), equal-money bets on roulette, or games specifically named as excluded.
- Bonus abuse: You must not engage in Bonus abuse, including:
- opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer;
- acting in collusion with other players;
- placing large bets or using strategies designed solely to exploit bonuses; or
- using VPNs or other tools to disguise location or identity.
- Consequences: In cases of suspected or confirmed Bonus abuse, the Operator may:
- cancel Bonuses and associated winnings;
- void affected Bets;
- close or block Accounts; and
- report the activity to regulators or law enforcement where appropriate.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Removal
- No automatic combination: Unless explicitly stated, promotions cannot be combined. Only one active welcome bonus or similar initial offer may apply at any one time to a single Account.
- Opt-out and cancellation: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus via customer support or relevant tools, but doing so may result in the loss of any Bonus balance and associated winnings.
- Changes and withdrawal: The Operator may modify or withdraw promotions to comply with evolving regulatory guidance in Ontario and the rest of Canada. Changes will not affect Bonuses already accepted, except where required by law or regulator direction.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Conditions
- Payment methods: Subject to your province and availability, the Operator may offer one or more of the following deposit options:
- credit and debit cards;
- Interac and similar bank transfer services;
- approved e-wallets;
- direct bank transfers; and
- where permitted by law and explicitly supported on the Site, certain cryptocurrencies.
- Ownership of payment instruments: You may deposit only from accounts and payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party methods may be reversed, and related winnings may be voided.
- Deposit limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method and may be set by the Operator, regulators, or payment providers. Such limits are displayed in the cashier section of the Site.
- Processing times: Deposits are usually credited instantly but may sometimes be delayed by banks, payment providers, or technical issues beyond the Operator's control.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawal methods: Where possible, withdrawals will be processed using the same method you used to deposit. If that is not feasible, an alternative method may be offered in compliance with AML/CTF rules and Operator policies.
- Verification requirement: The Operator may require completion of KYC and source-of-funds checks before processing withdrawals. Until such checks are completed, withdrawals may be delayed or withheld as permitted by law.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe (for example, within 1 - 5 business days) after approval. Actual receipt of funds may depend on your bank or payment provider.
- Withdrawal limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated on the Site or via your Account interface.
Fees, Currency, and Chargebacks
- Fees: The Operator may apply fees for certain transactions (e.g., currency conversion or repeated withdrawal requests), which will be disclosed where applicable. Third-party providers may also charge their own fees.
- Currency: Accounts are generally maintained in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you deposit or withdraw in another currency, conversion will be carried out at prevailing exchange rates, and you may incur additional costs.
- Chargebacks and reversals: You must not request chargebacks or attempt to reverse legitimate deposits. If a chargeback occurs, the Operator may:
- deduct the amount of the chargeback and associated costs from your Account; and
- close or suspend your Account and report the matter to relevant authorities.
Refunds of Bets and Bonuses
- Erroneous Bets: In cases of technical failure or error leading to invalid, incomplete, or incorrectly priced Bets, the Operator may void such Bets and:
- refund the stake to your Real-Money Balance; or
- restore the Bonus stake where applicable.
- Bonus refunds: Bonuses are generally non-refundable and have no cash value. Where a Bonus is voided due to technical error (not misconduct), the Operator may, at its discretion, reinstate an equivalent Bonus or provide a fair alternative, subject to regulatory constraints.
- Regulatory compliance: Any refund or adjustment will be made in accordance with the rules and expectations of AGCO/iGO for Ontario players and KGC for other Canadian players, as applicable.

Operator's Obligations and Fairness

For non-bet-specific claims, the Operator's liability is limited to the lesser of:
- the amount of your net deposits on the Site in the 30 days prior to the incident; and
- any statutory minimum required by Applicable Law.
